What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our contact forms, purchase enquiry forms, or distributor application forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process page URLs, referrer information, approximate location, browser and device information, timestamps, and interaction events. We do not send names, email addresses, company names, message content, or other form data to Google Analytics.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of: • Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) — to respond to business enquiries and evaluate potential partnerships. • Pre-contractual measures (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) — where your enquiry relates to a potential commercial transaction. • Consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) — for Google Analytics and advertising measurement. You may withdraw this consent at any time through the Privacy settings link in the footer.

How we use your data

Your personal data is used exclusively to: • Respond to your enquiry or request. • Generate quotations or invoices where applicable. • Evaluate distributor or partnership applications. • Understand how visitors use the website and which content is useful, where you have consented. • Measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, where you have consented. We do not use your data for marketing communications without your explicit consent.

Data retention

We retain personal data submitted through our forms for up to 5 years in accordance with Polish commercial law requirements. Data that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected is securely deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our Google Analytics 4 property.

Data sharing

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data with: • Email service providers used to receive and manage enquiries (acting as data processors under appropriate agreements). • Internal staff who need access to respond to your enquiry. • Google Ireland Limited, when you consent to Google Analytics and advertising measurement. • Vercel Inc., which hosts and delivers this website. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards.

Cookies

Google Analytics and advertising tags are blocked by default. They are loaded only after you enable Analytics or Advertising in Privacy settings, or select Accept all. If you enable Analytics, Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and related identifiers to distinguish visits and produce aggregated reports. If you enable Advertising, Google advertising technologies may use related identifiers to measure campaigns and support audience features. If you reject all optional categories, Google tags are not loaded. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so the website can remember it. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by selecting Privacy settings in the website footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics storage and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website.

Your rights under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to: • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data. • Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it. • Restriction — request that we limit the processing of your data. • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest. • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at: office@absolute-zt.com

Complaints

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO) ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland www.uodo.gov.pl
